Step 1: Unlock your iPhone and press and hold on an empty area of your iPhone’s home screen.
Step 2: When icons start jiggling, you can start rearranging the apps on the home screen. You can also drag and drop any app by tap and hold any app icon and place it on the home screen.

PRO TIP: When icons start jiggling, you can tap Edit Pages button and uncheck current pages and start customizing with a new page. In case, you didn’t like the new layout you can easily switch to the older look.
Step 3: When all apps and widgets are placed on the home screen, tap the done button at the top right corner.
